Jigsaw Worksheet

This is the worksheet for the Jigsaw assignment, in case you were out when we worked on this group project. You should use your notes from the Webquest to fill out your section of the worksheet. (For example, if you role is reporter, you should answer the questions in the Reporter section.) After you fill out your section, you need to speak to people who had the other roles and ask them to teach you about their roles. They will help you fill out the remaining three sections.

Archimedes Returns to NY Comic Con!

Here are a few pictures from NY Comic Con, a huge comic book convention held each year at the Jacob Javits Center in Manhattan. Ms. Xeni and a few sixth graders attended the 2008 convention, and we had such a great time playing video games, meeting comic book artists, and getting free comic book stuff that we decided to return in 2009. This year was great (even though they gave away fewer things!), and Jennifer Padilla met Jeff Kinney, the author of Diary of a Wimpy Kid. Super cool!
